Note:  T-Mobile bills customers for incoming text messages according to a viewer of this website.  They allegedly will not allow customers to have text messaging removed from their accounts even though the customers have no control over incoming text messages.  T-Mobile has even been known to send text messages to your phone themselves and bill the customer for them.

Note:  If your problem is still not resolved with T-Mobile after contacting them, consider filing charges at your local Small Claims Court.
